With the temperatures rising, we’re getting in the mood for some more grill-friendly fare. We’re kicking off BBQ season with a favorite: barbecue chicken thighs. They get beautifully smoky and charred on the grill (but are just as delicious if you’d rather make them in your oven). And because there’s no need to mess with a classic, we’re adding a traditional creamy potato salad with green beans on the side.
