Frequently Asked Questions

How do I switch the number of meals in my recipe box?

If you want to change the number of meals you receive for your recipe box. 

Click My Subscriptions on the my account menu. Click the button ‘Change your recipe box’. 

You will be taken to the recipe box configuration page where you can select your new recipe box. Click switch subscription.

The revised subscription will be added to your cart – complete the check out procedure fully. Your account will now be updated.

If you are changing the number of meals you want to receive you need to fully checkout the new recipe box before selecting your meal choice for our system to recognise the updated subscription – any trouble contact us through our live chat feature on our website.


How do I select Gluten Free or other dietary requirements

Just send us an email to [email protected] and we will add a note to your account and all meals selected going forward will receive your dietary substitutions – at no extra cost. If we cannot find a suitable substitute we will contact you in advance to offer a different meal choice.
